Course content

• The training plan describes the minimum knowledge and skills required for the use of work equipment in accordance with applicable regulations.
• However, the regulations also require operators of different types of work equipment to receive equipment-specific training on the particular equipment they will be using, cf. Section 10-4 of the Regulations concerning the Performance of Work
• Practical training in Module 4 shall be conducted by a certified training provider, or within a company under a written agreement with a certified training provider..

Goal for course

The purpose of the training is to provide forklift operators with a sound theoretical foundation in the safe operation of forklifts, with the aim of preventing incidents and accidents associated with their use.

Intake requirements

Participants must have completed Module 1 – Working Environment, Responsibilities and Consequences, or be able to document equivalent competence.
To operate a forklift independently, the operator must normally be at least 18 years of age.
Apprentices and students in vocational training may, under specified conditions and appropriate supervision,

The training is intended for persons who will operate forklifts as part of their work and who require certified safety training in accordance with applicable regulations.

Diploma

A certificate of course completion shall be issued to each student who has successfully met the requirement of the courseThe certificate shall include; PNI Training Centre AS, Course title, Date of the course, Date of birth (Student), Name of the student and be signed by Managing Director
